This department consists of a group of experienced construction escrow personnel dedicated to facilitating every aspect of your transaction. Construction escrow documents may be submitted at any branch location and checks may be picked up at any branch location. Construction draws are disbursed within 24 hours.

We provide you with a single phone number for scheduling your closing, as well as obtaining closing figures and title clearance. Our online services include E-Scheduling and E-HUD1, allowing you to quickly and efficiently schedule closings and manage your transactions, including the ability to check status, submit revisions and receive a bottom line figure.
